To choose between what is easy? and what is right?
Change is always sought, though it is quite difficult to change something...if the pages of history are turned most probably history shall prove to have witnessed that any change that society has ever witnessed was brought by those who chose to do something different and to be more precise something right though difficult. It is perhaps the only thing which makes a big difference be it in individual’s life, thought process or even society as a whole. In normal course people tend to choose what is easy rather than what is right. Malala yousafzai did not became source of inspiration for millions of Pakistani rather for millions other because she was shot by militants rather because she braved it and chose right path to enlighten the world around to fight those demons. I feel the winds of change when i hear the news of a girl rejecting a boy who asks for dowry, a low rank officer complaining against senior officer,Durga sakti coming against government,a girl beating a molester in full public view,an IAS officer making road in his village,A MBA graduate begging in local trains to collect funds to open school,... though some people may make it an issue but in a way these brave girls/boys , men/women have chosen right path though difficult but not easy which most of us would have done. I urge the boys also that please reject the offer if you are offered dowry. This was just one issue, we always tend to go for easy thing rather than right be it bribing officials, flattering seniors...and the list goes on...people who have ever been to
mountains are never the same again, the reasons may be several but the most important of all remains that it teaches them a lot.You learn to struggle for your survival, you work hard to keep moving when going gets tough, you move, you fear, you cry but you keep moving and then you reach the destination and then comes the real joy of having conquered the world because everything seems so small from top, even if one does not reach the top then he/she get inspiration to work even harder and this motivation comes from the thought of the view of the top.people should also take inspiration from them and perhaps should never say never rather keep working hard keeping in mind the victory.these lines from Robert frost's 'the path less travelled' seems to say everything about choosing the right path...
"two roads diverged in a yellow wood,
and sorry I could not travel both.......
.....and I
I took the one less travelled by,
and that has made all the difference."
I have chosen the path less travelled...for you, your choice whether easy? or right?
yes change is the law of nature and we need to follow the same. it is the time when we need to come out and take a step which can create a change.... at least EKLA CHALO
